Portraits are my longest running art form, having begun commissions at the age of 13. I've rendered hundreds of faces, amid a lifetime of expanding my technique, and have never taken for granted the opportunity to deliver pieces that more often than not become cherished family heirlooms.

Commercially, I've worked for several local businesses in various cities crafting murals and signage for products, promotions and atmosphere. Typical clientele includes bar, dining, bottle shops and art galleries.

Kids, Costume and more
Where portraits have afforded me great understanding of the contours of the face, face painting has exposed me to the addition of those contours moving at fast and unpredictable speeds; whether shifting to face carnival rides, bounce castles or pizza arrivals. And the kids move around too, sometimes.
1 Hour Paintings for 2 Hours Students
As part of UnRefined Palette Paint Nights, I developed a catalogue of paintings designed specifically for the paint night format: each devised to be painted in 8 to 10 steps, 5 of them introducing a new technique, while leaving room for individual play and personalization. These paintings are playful, diverse, and were all rendered in under 1 hour.
